Great Recipe from the NY Times Wednesday June 19

Made a few minor changes

I used 6 chicken thighs and 6 drumsticks instead of a whole chicken Tossed the chicken in kosher salt and lots of cracked pepper and let it stand overnight. Otherwise follow as directed
